Our Services

The Invercargill Skin Centre offers a wide range of medical skin services, delivered with care, accuracy and attention to detail. Whether you’re monitoring a specific lesion or looking for expert advice on a skin concern, we’ll help you understand your options and next steps.

  • Regular skin checks are one of the most effective ways to detect skin cancer early.

Skin checks are carried out carefully and without rushing, with time allowed to explain what we’re seeing and what it means for you. We focus on identifying changes early, providing reassurance when lesions are benign, and creating a clear plan if further assessment or treatment is required.

    We offer:

    • Spot checks (single or multiple lesions)

    • Full body skin checks

    • Dermatoscopy for detailed assessment

    • Products for skin health

  • If skin cancer is suspected or confirmed, we take a calm, structured approach. You’ll be guided through your diagnosis, treatment options and next steps, with care tailored to your individual situation and ongoing follow-up where needed. If a lesion is concerning, we provide clear guidance and appropriate management, including:

    • Biopsies

    • Surgical excisions

    • Ongoing monitoring and follow-up
